These terms govern the use of Parkavan Forum Matrimony ("platform"), a matrimony service created for members of the Tamil Parkavakulam community. By creating an account or accessing the platform you agree to the conditions below.
1. Eligibility and community focus
- Members must be 18 years or older and belong to a Parkavakulam household.
- Profiles are intended only for genuine matrimonial purposes and not casual dating.
- Each family may create a profile for one eligible member at a time.
2. Account responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential.
- Update your profile promptly if there are changes to your availability or personal details.
- Report suspicious activity or impersonation to our moderation team immediately.
3. Manual verification & moderation
Our volunteers review every profile and supporting document before activation. We may request additional proof, place a profile on hold, or deactivate accounts that violate these terms or community standards. Decisions are made in the interest of safety and trust.
4. Fees, plans, and refund policy
Membership plans help us cover verification, technology, and support costs. Fees are payable in advance and become non-refundable once our team has initiated profile review or shared any profile information with other members.
If your profile is rejected during verification or you withdraw access before review begins, contact support@parkavanforummatrimony.com within 7 days and we will evaluate refunds on a case-by-case basis. Refunds, if approved, are processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days.
5. Communication & conduct
- Treat every member with respect and keep conversations appropriate.
- Do not share personal contact details publicly on the platform.
- Use the provided reporting channels if you encounter misuse, harassment, or fraudulent behaviour.
6. Platform availability
We strive for continuous service but may perform maintenance or enhancements that temporarily limit access. We are not liable for events beyond our control, including network or third-party outages.
7. Changes and contact
Terms may be updated to reflect new features, legal requirements, or community guidance. We will communicate significant changes to registered members.
